Leading with integrity.
Serving with purpose.

True leadership is rooted in unwavering integrity and a heart dedicated to serving others. We are committed to guiding leaders to embody these principles, recognizing that ethical conduct and selfless service are fundamental to creating meaningful and lasting impact. By integrating biblical teachings into our coaching, we help leaders cultivate a vision for their roles that prioritizes both moral excellence and the well-being of those they lead.

The Vision.

Our vision is to inspire and equip leaders to embody Christ-like integrity, serve others selflessly, and create lasting, positive impact in their organizations and communities, all guided by unwavering biblical principles.

The Mission.

The mission of Luke16 Leadership is to develop ethical, servant-hearted leaders who integrate biblical principles into their professional and personal lives, achieving sustainable success and making a positive impact in their communities.

The Process.

Each engagement is tailored to a leader's unique qualities, situation, and faith journey. We start with a personal inventory to understand your strengths and goals. Our sessions employ biblical principles, focusing on Christ-like integrity, servant leadership, and Kingdom impact, helping you become the leader God called you to be.

about me

Career Highlights

The first five years of my career were spent as a Network Engineer at two award-winning architecture & engineering firms in New York. I got a chance to work for a software company in 1997 that changed the trajectory of my life. Over the next 27 years I was blessed with opportunities to work with incredibly talented and smart people who built amazing products that made the world better. I got to work with amazing customers across the spectrum of industries. I was able to travel to 17 countries and conduct business in a variety of settings and cultures, and even live overseas to open a new market. But most of all, I’ve had the privilege to serve and lead teams of wonderful people with  hopes, dreams, responsibilities, and potential. My greatest joy has been watching people grow, learn, and lead. Now I take all of that wonderfully messy experience and use it along with the Word of God to help owners and business leaders become the leader they are called to be. It’s a big deal to me. I take it seriously. And I am awed by His faithfulness in all things.

Since 2021, my wife and I have been serving together as certified biblical counselors in our ministry Grace Counseling for Life. We specialize in marriage counseling for couples in crisis or those who just need a tune up. We also provide a 10-week pre-marriage program for our home church. It is a blessing and privilege to live out Galatians 5:13 and witness the impact the Word has on God’s people.

And now I find myself following God’s lead into another new place to serve and grow. And I’m excited for the journey!

I’ve been married for 32 years to my wife Theresa. We have four adult children, and two grandchildren. We’re a pretty typical Midwest family with all the laugh lines and scars to prove how deep our love is. We’re blessed that all of our kids have settled in the Greater Chicago area. It’s a gift to have your family nearby. My wife and I enjoy the empty nest lifestyle, travel, good red wine, musical theater, hiking, and doing life together.

I was raised Catholic in a large Italian-American family in Syracuse, New York. I attended Catholic school from 1st grade through college. Being educated by the Franciscans and the Jesuits gave me a great start on an intellectual understanding with God. I always believed, but I didn’t understand that a relationship with God is what faith is truly about.

I became a Christian at age 34. Since then I have been both committed and lazy at times in my walk with God, but the trajectory has been up and to the right. I’ve served in some form of volunteer ministry for over 24 years including mission work in the Brazilian Amazon and Haiti, youth ministry, young adult mentoring, teaching adults, couples and men’s bible study groups, and our family ran the café and performance venue at our church for years.
